Am currently working through the process of buying a nursing home, looking through care standards causing some confusion, as I'm sure they must often do. In certain sections relating to the building, it states that in new buildings, extensions and first time registrations certain rules apply. Does anyone know if the first time registration relates to the building or to a new registration by a manager. Be grateful for any advice or help that anyone can offer . cheers..
