The Heathers Private Nursing Home

The Nursing Home stand in two acres of gardens, lawns, orchard and paddock.? An abundance of wildlife is ever present, including squirrels, pheasants, rabbits and a large variety of birds.

We are located on the A52 Grantham to Nottingham road and adjacent to the main A1 London to Edinburgh dual carriageway. Accommodation comprises of 14 single ensuite rooms, 1 shared ensuite room and 1 shared room all on the ground floor.?? Accommodation on the first floor comprises of 2 single room with vanity units and 2 shared rooms with vanity units.? All rooms have (Sky Channels) televisions and telephones as standard.

A five person passenger lift is installed to the first floor.? Basic furniture is provided and patients are encouraged to bring personal items of furniture should they wish.? Patients have complete privacy n their rooms and can entertain friends or guests at any time.

Patients can be assured of Qualified Care at all times assisted by our well trained team of Nursing Assistants.

All meals are prepared on the premises from fresh vegetables delivered daily.? Various choices are available including diabetic and special diet meals at no extra charge.? Our? other services include Chiropody, Hairdressing, Daily Papers (on request), Physiotherapy and Counselling Support at no extra charge.

Whilst most of our patients are with us for long term care we also provide care for short stay, convalescent and respite care patients.
